Garnock Rugby Club will be running its first of the season ‘Give Rugby a Try’ days at Lochshore. This is an open invitation to anyone from P1 upwards to come down and join in a live training session with our fully qualified coaches and see if rugby is a sport they would like to give a go!
The session will be a light intro to the world of rugby with rugby themed games that all can take part in. We will also look to demonstrate a short game towards the end of the session for all to participate in.
If you would like to bring your child down please arrive at the times below. Members of the junior committee will welcome you with an information sheet with details about your particular team.
Micros (P1-3), P4/5 & P6/7:
